The conference proceedings will be published with Springer.
Template
You can download the Latex and Word templates from the Proceedings Template folder at meeting web site.
In the folder Proceedings_Template you find a README file explaining what to do.
Using Latex is quite easy. Just follow the template and the user guides. You can write your paper using a normal editor. You also can use bibtex for the references list.
